MBC roofing came into my life nearly 3 months ago when squirrels got into the roof space of both the main house and a single storie extension and ate / damaged the roof so badly it needed replacing . There were at least 14 access holes, the batons holding the tiles were chewed to the extent that they made the roof unsafe . The felt was eaten . This was shown to me on a video that was taken by Ben after I had found MBC roofing on ‘My Job Quote ‘  Ben and his business partner Tom were calm , professional and communicative the whole way through and managed to calm my panic . They gave me fantastic roofers , Danny , Kai and Justin . Brilliant scaffolders led by Connor . An  efficient waste disposal team . They all worked in blistering heat in the recent heatwave. The whole team were friendly , hardworking , trust  worthy and just damn good at their job making the roof absolutely squirrel proof using double layers of mesh , strong tile clips and cement. This is the second roof we have had replaced by this company. Neil and the team are consummate professionals. Clear quotes created with itemised breakdown. Multiple choices given on materials and advice on each. All work carried out with an eye for detail and quality of finish. Some of the best lead flashing work I've seen. We can thoroughly recommend MBC Roofing without hesitation. From initial contact with Tom and Ben right through to final completion of our complete flat re-roof, the process was seamless. We were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and the detail of the assessment. The roofing team led by Grant deserve a special mention. Working hard in 35c temperatures was no mean feat. At every point of the stripping of the old roof we were updated with photos and videos and explained the condition of the roof. No stone was left unturned so to speak and the finished product was exemplary. The waste collection company at the end of the job left our property spotless and moved certain items we wanted to keep (coping stones) to where we wanted. The MBC roofing team were absolutely great during our Reroof - polite, professional, and immensely hardworking even during a heatwave! There was complete clarity on what they were doing and what we were paying for the whole way through, the work they did was very well done yet also completed swiftly, they tidied up really well afterwards and we're generally just very pleased with the service they provided from start to finish - great job guys! Ben and his team done a lovely job on our roof. They are very efficient and tidy and clean up after themselves. I would certainly recommend MBC roofing to anyone that wants a job done. My 92 yr old Mum had a roof leak which was causing some serious internal issues. Having carried out a lot of research online of local companies I had 4 or 5 quotes provided by roofers which all gave vague quotes from the ground..I live 200 miles away so everything had to be done remotely and I wasn't very happy with the way they had done their quotes...ranging from £900 to £30,000 just knowing that there would probably be an increase as it went along. So I continued my search and came across MBC Roofing. Having spoken to Tom from MBC at length I immediately knew that they were the people for the job. Tom came out and carried out a full inspection..he checked inside the roof to identify the main issues and put a drone up to have a look around the chimney and all over the roof, he then went up and had a look at the roof in person.  He sent me all the images and after a discussion I realised that the 75yr old roof needed to be replaced and the chimney removed.  We had a very tight budget and we discussed all the options available. After a lot of back and forth we agreed on the best option and set a price..(Hybrid of cleaning, reusing and treating a lot of the old tiles, replacing broken ones with new..replacing the old felt with new breathable membrane, new battens and installing ventilation for what was a previously unvented roof..this was all done just to suit our budget) On the agreed date the scaffolding was put up and Tom went to check that everything was ok with my Mum. I went up to be with mum whilst the work was carried out just for peace of mind for her but I needn't have worried.  Justin, Danny and Kai were awesome.. they were respectful, conscientious and hard working, turning up promptly at 9am ready to start work each morning.They even made sure that mum was ok at every step of the process. The work was finished within 4 days...at the end of every day they cleared up and if it wasn't for the scaffolding you wouldn't have known they had been there.  Tom came to check that everything was going ok on numerous occasions and kept me updated on how the work was going at all times and whether it was still on schedule. The work was completed to a very high standard, at an agreed price with no increases for the typical  'ooh..we've found this..thats gonna cost you an extra £1000' that other tradesmen have done in the past. I can't thank them enough for the way that they dealt with mum and the professional job that they have done. I would 100% Recommend MBC Roofing.  They do a professional job, their roofers Tom, Justin, Danny & Kai are amazing. I honestly haven't met such hard working, professional, considerate and polite tradesmen. From my recent experience, I am pleased to recommend MBC Roofing Ltd for roof repair contracting. Over many years, I have had a number of problems and used several local contractors to perform spot repairs on the roof of my four bed detached house. When the latest problem arose I called MBC Roofing Ltd. Despite it being a Saturday afternoon, two of their team were here within four hours and gave first aid repairs on a fixed fee basis. Further inspections and discussions led me to sign up for a full  roof replacement using modern materials and methods. With a team of four on site, this was soon completed over a two day period, just before a heavy thunderstorm arrived. Before, during and after, I was kept informed of progress using mobile phone photos and drone videos.
